Shipping & Delivery
We normally ship decals within 1 to 3 business day via USPS.  Bigger decals ship in triangular Priority Mail cartons while smaller sets ship in tubes.

  • At Nursery Decals and More, your privacy is our priority. We are committed to protecting your privacy at all times, in all situations. The information we collect about you when you become a customer is used to process your orders and to provide a more personalized experience on our site.  Orders are processed using SSL encryption and your credit card information is NEVER stored on our website.  In fact we never see your credit card information at all because it is automatically handled securely through Authorize.net.

    How Do We Use the Information We Collect?
    When you become a customer, we ask you to fill out a form that requests your name, address and e-mail address. We will not share data.

    The information will be used for several security purposes, to ensure you are who you say you are and in fact you are paying with your credit cards and not someone using your stolen credit cards. 

  • We may call or email if we have problems shipping the order or questions about what you want.  However we will never sell or give your information away.  We hate spam as much as you do.

Returns & Replacements
We accept returns on stock decals as long as the decal is in the original condition it was received in and has not been applied to the wall.  It is your responsibility to return the product and the original shipping is non-refundable.  Even if we run a promotion with FREE shipping, if you return the product then the refund will be less the typical shipping cost for the item.
We will replace any part that is damaged or not sticking.  Most of the time when part of a decal won't stick to the wall it is due to dust usually because the wall was not cleaned thoroughly before applying.  Please just be honest if this is the case because we will still replace the part at no charge without any hassles.  If you tell us that you did thoroughly wipe down the wall and followed all instructions but the decal still won't stick then we are more likely to think that the issue is due to a unique texture or substance on the wall preventing adhesion and will probably repeat itself even with a replacement.
