Reg Owl Tree Wall Decals

Most wall decals say they are removable, i.e. you can peel them off the wall without damaging the wall.  Very few say they are repositionable/reuseable.  Fabric decals ARE repositionable which means you can make adjustments without the fear that it will be damaged.  You can move and take it with you.  Why buy anything that you can't reposition?
